Building Better Relationships in Business:
Principles of Appreciation have really been around forever, however most people in business have gotten away from basic courtesy. The good news is when you get back to using some old practices; they will now have a greater impact on your business.
What makes a customer loyal?
There are certain relationships we never question like: who will supply my electricity, natural gas, trash pickup, or water and sewer; however, many more business relationships may not have such strong alliances. These relationships require a little more effort in order to keep the relationship in good standing.
A recent study indicated that as much as 68% of customers who lose their loyalty do because of perceived indifference.
Principles that were common practice 40, 30 and even 20 years ago have been replaced by social media, email, fax, and voice and or text messaging. Building customer loyalty is probably more important today than in the past. It’s not as easy to replace a customer as it is to maintain the customer that one has worked very hard to acquire.
This workshop will help you return to some good Appreciation techniques that will help you maintain your customer loyalty.
